We were going to ride snowdon again, but at night time, in order to catch the sunrise from the summit, but unfortunately the weather got the better of us, and if you combine a mountain, night time, wind, cold and rain, and mountain bikes, I reckon you’ve got a high chance of something going wrong.

So instead, we chose to ride the local trails at penmachno. We woke up at 4:30am and were out on the trails soon after. Penmachno has some awesome technical rocky trails, but is really wet even in summer. This time, it was definitely the wettest trail I’ve ever ridden.

This was just a short, wet, cold and windy ride, hence the lack of photos, but I was shown a new amazing trail – cave Dale. Can’t wait until next time.
